About these terms

These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and the operator of My Hotel Lobby AI (“we”, “us”), the website at myhotellobbyai.com. By uploading photos, buying credits or creating a video, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live to buy credits or create a video.

What the service does

You upload two photos, one for each performer. Our system sends them to an AI video model, which creates one 8-second vertical (9:16) video in 720p with original AI-generated audio, set in an orange booth with a hanging microphone. There is one template, and there are no prompt or model settings.

AI output is unpredictable. A performer may not look exactly like the person or pet in the photo, and details such as faces, hair, hands or clothing can change. Processing time depends on demand and on our AI provider, so we do not guarantee how long a video will take.

Your photos and your permission

You keep all rights you have in the photos you upload. You give us a limited permission to store, process and send them to our AI provider only to create your video and to run the service, for the retention periods in our Privacy Policy.

Before creating a video, you must confirm that you have permission to use each photo and that every recognizable person in them has agreed. You are responsible for that permission. Ticking the box is a promise from you, not a check by us.

Your video

We do not claim ownership of the videos you create. You may use your video for any lawful purpose, as long as you respect these terms, the rights of the people shown and the rules of any platform where you post it. Some platforms ask you to label AI-generated content; please follow those rules.

Your video is private. Its page and download link only work in the browser session that created it. Finished videos are deleted 7 days after they are ready, so download a copy you want to keep.

Credits and payment

• One video uses 100 credits. A one-time payment of $5.99 USD buys 100 credits. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
• There is no account. Credits are linked to an anonymous session cookie in your browser that lasts 30 days. If the cookie is cleared or expires, or you switch browsers or devices, we cannot restore those credits.
• If a generation fails or is blocked after credits were used, the credits are returned to the same browser session once, automatically. A slow video is not a failed video; please do not pay again while one is still in progress.
• Cash refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse to process photos, stop a generation or limit access when we believe the rules are being broken, when it is needed to protect people or the service, or when the law requires it.

Independence and the original song

My Hotel Lobby AI is an independent AI creation tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the original artists, their record labels, any performance channel or any social media platform. We do not include the original Hotel Lobby recording, and the audio in your video is original and AI-generated.

Availability and changes

We may change, pause or stop the service, the template, the AI provider or the price at any time. Price changes never affect a payment you have already made. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in force when you start a video applies to that video.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises beyond those written in these terms, and our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited by agreement.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. For these terms, that means the laws of mainland China, not those of Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem informally. If we cannot, the dispute will be decided by a court with jurisdiction in mainland China.

Nothing in this section removes protections you have under mandatory consumer law that cannot be changed by agreement.
